Stripes or no stripes?

Need your opinions. After seeing fbodfathers picture of the red camaro w/ the cyber gray stripes, it got me thinking. I ordered a 2lt/rs in imperial blue metallic. I am not a fan of white (sorry) stripes so they are out. What do you think would look best, cyber, black, silver or nothing. Also, I did not order the sunroof, so do the stripes also go on the roof? Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Silver stripes to match silver painted wheels and the silver bits of trim inside the interior would be rather tasteful in my opinion. White is out and I ain't feelin' the other colors at all.

All three would look good on IBM, so I would consider how much attention you want them to attract. The silver will be the most contrast, then black and gray the least by a little. Silver is going to grab a lot of attention and I'm not sure I'd like the gray on blue, and so personally might opt for the black. That's a tough choice.

What color will your interior be? Assuming black interior, I think silver will look best, but if you want a subdued look, black will look good. And no, the stripes don't continue on the roof, even without the sunroof.

To answer your last question, the stripes do not go up on the roof. I think white would look awesome with that color, but if you definitely say white is out then I would go with silver. I think black and CGM would be a little too dark with that dark car color. JMO though.

It's funny that you ask this question. I'm asking myself the same question. My first thought would have been white followed by silver. It's hard to visualize these things sometimes. I thought white would give the greatest contrast. I've never been into stripes, but after looking at some of the pictures they might be a good choice.

I wouldnt stress about the stripes, they can be switched, removed, replaced so easily its a non issue. Afterall they are just stickers. There are great aftermarket graphics companies that make aftermarket ones just as good if not better than the oe. This is the advantage to stickers vs. painted.

I don't like gray stripes on any car. I think white would look very nice, but you don't want white. So that leaves black and silver. I'd go with silver but black cold look nice too

I am thinking of black stripes on my IBM SS. I like the subtle look of black on blue. Cyber gray would be my second choice.
