phew that was a pretty intense job lol (mostly due to wiring changes..and a weird gremlin at the end)...thanks to you ofer for making this happen.

I'll upload pics as soon as i can get ahold of the camera.

hey guys I'm in Kuwait with a 2010 Camaro.
I would love to get a HUD installed in my car but i have no idea how to cut my dash or do all that stuff.
any one have any idea if there is some guy in this area or even in Dubai with the skills to pull this off?

Since I installed it, I can't imagine not having it. When I drive my trailblazer without a hud, I find myself looking for it on windshield....Love my hud....

The install was a grueling 10.5 hours (well 1.5 hrs of that was meals and running out to get a Torx 50 bit for the steering wheel). I ended up requesting the help of 3 friends, as well as some calls to Ofer when we were totally stuck. Messed up the cutting of the dash a bit and cracked the dash bezel (no prob, I'll buy a new one), but the car is back together and everything works great (no CELs or other real issues). Good thing too because mine's a daily driver and I have work today. When the dash was finally out and I was already 6 hrs in, I had some moments when I didn't think I'd make it... but it's those moments that make life interesting.

$600 Max if you do it yourself if you take it to a shop figure close to $1000-$1400 depending on shops. Your best bet is to see who in your area has done the mod and see if they can help.

Good luck this is IMHO the must had mod for the 2010 cars and the 11's and 12's that do not have the HUD's
