These 4W High Powered LED Bulbs Feature an Aluminum Heat Sink Housing instead of the Traditional PCB. Aluminum has better Heat Dissipation Properties and much Higher Durability when compared to PCB.
The Plasma Type LEDs have an increased Surface Area for Output that can not be matched by other LED Bulbs! One thing you will immediately notice is that the plug is detached from the actual bulb, this is because we put a voltage regulator in that cavity to prevent any damage from voltage spikes or other electrical issues. Main Benefits: - 2x Brighter Output - Better Heat Dissipation - Higher Luminous Flux - Longer Life LEDs - Aluminum Housing - Built-In Regulator - New Aesthetically Pleasing Design ![]() ![]() ![]() Here is the Link: http://www.automotivelightstore.com/5202.aspx

Basically the entire surface area you see there is the LED, this makes this bulb extremely bring compared to other types of LED.

Ah ha! Looks like an LED array. Several LED chips in one package covered with a single phosphor.

I used to be Stieger....

so are these bulbs an improvement over the current p13w bulbs? I know I am using your harness and some people who aren't are burning out their LEDs. Will these new ones do the same or will these solve that problem?

No, LEDs are not going to work well in the headlights. You may want to look into our Headlight HOD:

LED and HID are never going to be a perfect match but I think 6000K is pretty darn close!
