Thumbs up First Pics: New Design 5202 High Powered Plasma LED Bulbs from AAC!

These 4W High Powered LED Bulbs Feature an Aluminum Heat Sink Housing instead of the Traditional PCB. Aluminum has better Heat Dissipation Properties and much Higher Durability when compared to PCB.

The Plasma Type LEDs have an increased Surface Area for Output that can not be matched by other LED Bulbs!

One thing you will immediately notice is that the plug is detached from the actual bulb, this is because we put a voltage regulator in that cavity to prevent any damage from voltage spikes or other electrical issues.

Main Benefits:

- 2x Brighter Output
- Better Heat Dissipation
- Higher Luminous Flux
- Longer Life LEDs
- Aluminum Housing
- Built-In Regulator
- New Aesthetically Pleasing Design

Yes, P13W has been in the works for a while and we have several sets in real world testing right now.

The color is pretty close, since this is a brand new item we do not have any comparison photos just yet.

Ok so if one already had the P13Ws with an adapter so they don't burn out all the time, would there be any point in getting these? They already run cool, so would this just be a brightness upgrade?

The main advantage between these and the other P13W is the brightness since you already have a harness.

I have the fieldgoal harness and my drivers side AAC P13W has lost two rows of lights (plan to send it back for replacement, but waiting for more dead of the winter when I won't be driving the car hardly at all lol)

My understanding is that even with the harness, if your not running the halos, or headlights, then the DRLs are still drawing the pulse power (which is killing the current bulbs) instead of 12V power.

The new DRL harnesses do not use any PWM power in auto mode anymore. We added a second relay to fix the PWM issue.

let me know if you want a test car for comparison shots. I'm currently using your p13w bulbs so for comparison to them.

Yes you have the V2 harness, but with the new Plasma LED's AAC is coming out with, they have a driver built in that takes care of the PWM problem as well so you have double the protection now.

This is for the non-RS Camaros, the P13W will be available very soon.

Yes, the flickering is the PWM signal from the DRL.
