First of all that's illegal to change a person's coverage without their approval first.

Second, most insurance companies know the approximate value of replacement parts and take those numbers into account when figuring the coverage cost. If an insurance company is surprised by the cost of something, then they didn't do their homework like they should have and deserve what they get.

Well...anyway...im getting the aftermarket HUD...i dont feel like waiting for 2011 for them to say Yes or No.

People...if you wait till 2011...The world might have ended by then. Its just better to get it now...and get the aftermarket HUD

That's the thing. You don't look up and a waterheater is falling off a truck right in front of you (happend to me once).

People need to chill and stop and think about it for a moment...

It's delayed because of cost and if this car does not sell good there is no reason to bother ordering 1000's of hud units or having to buy them now with money that does not exist.

What? Not sure I follow your logic. If that was true, then GM would be selling a bare frame with wheels and a seat because the other items would cost too much.
