Unhappy When do you think I will have my hands on my CAMARO!!!!

I pre-ordered at the Westgate Chevrolet in Amarillo, Texas, on October 13th. I was their first order a 2SS/Rally Yellow/RS package/sunroof. So I'm was wondering if I could get an estimate to when I will be called to go pick up my car!!!!! I also want to know because I'm getting it for my 16th birthday which is in March :[ So I want to see if I will be able to endure the wait or buckle under the pressure and get a Mustang*GASP*

You will probably have a better chance trying to explain the big bang theory.

I'm personally predicting a Summer time-frame. I was the first person to order in the Pheonix West Valley but I doubt they'll start sending cars out this way until late spring/early summer time.

Dude. If you don't wait you're an Idiot. I might drive over and kick your a$$.
Sometimes we need an intervention before we do something we would regret. Trust me. It will be worth the wait.

My god...all i got from my dad for my 16th birthday was a jail bond....no joke...it was hilarious...but then when he told me that the jail bond was my birthday present....i realized that he wasnt kidding....but still a great story. (and yes in the State of NC they can hold you for up to 3 days if your 16 and older)

kids...stay outta jail...or just dont get caught picking up RR spikes to help your friend get blunt money (god i was so stupid back then...i wonder sometimes...and no i didnt do drugs)

They're worth about 8 dollars a piece these days aren't they?
Might have to find a few to help pay for gas

May is optimistic. July is pretty safe. September if you're really unlucky

I wish my Dad bought me a 2SS for my birthday as my first car instead of a 1998 Plymouth Neon. :(

My crystal ball says that you wont get it at all and you buy a rustang. I also see in the future, you stopping at a red light beside a silver comaro. The light turns green and you stall the engine and all you see is oo oo. Oh wait.... sorry you didnt stall that was just the lack of donkeys in your rustang. If you need me to fortell anything else in your future call 1-800-FUC-FORD. $422 a minute. Long distance charges may apply.

Kids who get $35,000+ cars are part of the reason our economy is in this mess today (and the cause of a lot of fatal crashes too!) What a sad state of affairs.

Right now it's up in the air as to when you'll get it. But what's getting me is your age, or should I say, lack of driving experience...time behind the wheel etc.. These SS's are powerful! Heck, the same could even be said for the Direct 6's. I think it's great that your parents are getting you a new car for your birthday, but I hope all of ya's have really thought about just how much performance an inexperienced driver should strap on?! I can tell you in all honesty, if I had one of these Camaro's (regardless of engine) back when I was 16, Chevy would have gotten some real world knowledge of how well it held up in a crash...because I would have wrecked it!!!!!!!!

P.S. I know you want it, so congratulations on getting your new Camaro, whenever it comes.

I wouldnt go as far as to say that about the economy. Usually the kids who get nice cars have rich parents. I was stupid when I was young and I had a piece of shit. When youre young you are stupid period. At least I didnt learn my lessons in a $30 000 car. Yeah right!

Odds are, if they can get their kid such a car they aren't going to be defaulting on loans. However, their kids tend not to learn the value of a buck
