Obligatory jokes/sarcastic statements:
Even the dyno didn't want the ricer...
That high rise spoiler and awesome muffler must have given it too much horsepower for the dyno to handle!!
Another reason not to go against an import.
Shoulda had a V8.

Joking aside, I can't imagine how the owner must've felt after seeing this.

exactly....it appears there are no straps off the front corners....being a front wheel drive a single point hookup in the rear was an disaster in the making....

Yup, where I used to work with just rwd vehicles we used a hell of alot more straps then that and we didnt run them the length of a footbal field before hooking them to the car.

In ground dyno would of saved this guy a ton of hassle, not having people stand next to the car while dynoing. more then one strap. I am sure there is a few others I am missing.

Evo? Yeah.. nothing of value was lost. If it was an STi I'd say differently but alas.. it's the only import (and Subaru) that I have respect for.

Anybody else notice they've only got it tethered at a single point?

And the straps look like run of the mill ratchet (hardware store) straps not car/cargo truck straps that are rated 3k plus

Good thing the straps didn't give. Thank goodness no one was standing where the car landed. Funny!!
