Hey ctk1 - I got the DRL connector kit from AAC. Makes halos and fog lights come on as well as headlights and fog lights. Looks awesome

Why should I have to pay to upgrade something that never worked worth a sh*t from the start? I have been thru a few sets and I have another set of defective bulbs (lasted 8 hours!) that need to be replaced under warranty....

Sorry if this comes across as a bit terse, but I have been thru the ringer with these. And yes, I know all about the PWM and think having to buy something else to make a product work in the first place is

Those are great pictures, do you have to have the harness to get all the lights on at the same time?

We have openly accepted returns for refunds since September after the PWM was discovered.

At Advanced Automotive Concepts we guarantee everyone's satisfaction, that is why we replace anything that fails at no cost no questions asked. We did extensive testing to pinpoint the problem and offered a simple solution. If we did not go far enough in taking these measures and we have not satisfied the customer then the only thing we can offer you is to return the product for a full refund of the purchase price.

We are not denying there is a problem, we have pointed out the problem and spoken openly about it. We have not turned our back on any of our customers, we have worked with everyone to get replacements and facilitate everything in a healthy timeframe. We have done everything asked of us here, we are, and have always been willing to work with the members to make everyone happy.

If you want to return the item you must include your receipt (so we know who to refund) and include this form:

Write "RA:P13WDB" in the return address area.

Thanks and if anyone has any questions remember we can be reached at 1(800)407-5776 for instant communications. As much as I wish we could spent the entire day in front of the computer waiting for people to ask questions in threads we simply can not do that

We thank everyone in advance for their cooperation in this matter.

Hey Jonathan. Hate to be dumb, but could you be clear for the ones of us who have the old P13s. I thought I read that we could send them back in and for 40 bucks, we could get the new ones.
But if I send in for a full refund, the difference will only be 30 dollars.
I know you are sick of all of this, but please let me know what the best option is. I have an unopened set of the old P13s that I just got from you.
