I know you are sick of all of this, but please let me know what the best option is. I have an unopened set of the old P13s that I just got from you.
Thank you for pointing that out; I should have explained myself better. If you are sending your bulbs back for warranty and you want to upgrade to the P13W Plasma bulbs it is a $30 upgrade for all forum members and this will include basic USPS Shipping back to you. If you would like to send the $40 it will cover UPS shipping to you so you can get them sooner.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Well Looks like I will be sending back the p13 leds you just sent me for this upgrade. Sure glad the weather has been lousy and I didn't reinstall them yet. And waiting for my feildgoal harness. How do you want payment for the upgrade?

Please send back your bulbs with this form: http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...EQUESTFORM.pdf. You can make payment by sending a check made payable to AAC, I can send you a money request via Pay Pal, or you can give me a call and I can take a credit card number over the phone.

Your website stinks.

Took me 4 attempts on 3 different days to put in the order.

I got all the way to PayPal, then it took me back to the 'Customer Information' screen.

Not sure if the order went through.

On the otherhand, your new bulbs look awesome

I have gone through 2 sets of the old style, (both sent back), and haven't gotten any returned emails from you on this new and improved bulb. I am glad I stumbled upon this thread. Jessica is great on the phone, but your customer service organization is lacking it seems. Please take some time and respond to your emails.

I'm sure they had a lot of emails in regards to this issue, they posted in the old P13W thread that they have a new bulb, and posted a link to this thread. So if you were following the old thread you wouldn't of had to stumble across this one. It's much easier to reply in a central location rather than sort through tons of email with who knows how many different issues, to figure out who needed a response to just this particular issue. (IMHO That is, I'm not trying to speak for them just sating a possible reason) Plus the other solution would be to use a harness, which has been gone over and over in the previous thread as well.

Not trying to start anything just stating that if this was really an issue you would have figured this out by now

It's not a big deal to me and I knew the response a while ago. But again I'm not trying to start anything or bad mouth you or what ever it is people try to read into my post's just stating a fact.

Been there done that! I used a short screwdriver with some duct tape on the end of it (with sticky side out of course)... Worked like a charm.

Quick question. I installed mine today, but they don't click into the car's harness like the factory bulbs do. Is that how it's supposed to be? They're in there all the way, they just didn't click. Thanks.

To my knowledge, just like the Old style P13W bulbs, they aren't supposed to click in. They are just going to turn and fit snug into the slot.

One thing you will immediately notice is that the plug is detached from the actual bulb, this is because we put a voltage regulator in that cavity to prevent any damage from voltage spikes or other electrical issues.

Main Benefits:

- 2x Brighter Output
- Better Heat Dissipation
- Higher Luminous Flux
- Longer Life LEDs
- Aluminum Housing
- Built-In Regulator
- New Aesthetically Pleasing Design

Just $99 for forum members!

can we get a lower price without the harness?
i've already got fieldgoal's drl harness. i don't need another one.

Thanks. I was actually referring to the connector, not the bulbs themselves. The bulbs fit in correctly, it's just the harness doesn't click when you connect the new bulbs, whereas with the factory bulbs, it does.

I believe he is referring to the wiring connector for the bulbs. My P13W's do not allow the connector to seat fully so they will "click" onto the locking tab. This makes them just pull right off without depressing the locking tab....

The bulbs do not have to "snap" into place; they will not fall out. When you make a mould and do not have the male and female ends moulded at the same time there can be a slight difference in the clips.

Hey Jonathan. How much to ship a set of these to Toronto, M6H 1L8? Canada that is. So, just to confirm, i have a 2ss rs. This is the newer bulb correct, P13? I'm not on these forums all that often, so clarification would help. Thanks and much appreciated. Happy holidays.
