This was waiting for me on the door step today from Amazon. It's the new PS3 controller designed for Gran Turismo 5. It works well. I highly recommend it.

Looks interesting, you'll have to tell us how it drives.

I'd still prefer a full wheel and pedal setup like the G25 or G27. But to each his own.

I'm surprised at how well this works and how long it took somebody to finally cone up with this concept. The only downside is that it has a cord but what's a nice trade off is that it has proper force feed back. The vibration motors are much stronger than the Dualshock 3's. I really like it. Nothing beats a steering wheel setup but this is a whole lot less combersome than setting up wheel. Is it a must? No, but it's damn cool!!

Thanks for the info', dude!!! If you have other comments, please share. I was considering a G27, but after I got the game, I was not as willing to spend the money for that wheel on it. If I could share it with my other similator, I would have, but the other wheels I have been looking a little bit at are way too much for me.

I'm most interested in gas, brake, and steering modulation: how would you rate these over the standard controller for PS3? Also - how long is the cord?
