ive been off the sight for a while and i was wondering if anyone has heard any new info on the ambient lighting? is everything still ok with it? i heard rumors that there might be problems. just wanting to check. i saw a video on here from the dubai auto show and it looked like the silver camaro with IO interior had the lighting working. thanks guys.

As of now GM is still perfecting it until we hear anything offical from Scott. But dont worry they wont disappoint.

i really really love the ambient lighting, i feel it sets it apart from other cars in the sports car category without aftermarket and i can't wait until GM perfects it so we can all enjoy the blue or orange glow

There's been rampant speculation here about it, but nothing much from GM concerning it. The last from fbodfather was basically that they are "putting the finishing touches" on it. Anyone see the new Buick Allure. It has what I think is ambient lighting on the dash. Anyone confirm?

In the 17th photo you can see most of the blue lighting features, but I haven't heard anything about this. I'll ask the salesmen if they know anything, I doubt it though only a couple keep up to date on stuff. Looks good just not into buicks, except for the grand national I'd drive that.

That car looks awesome. GM has really raised the bar. Kudo's to all of those who have made these GM cars/trucks what they are today.

Wow, that buick has a similar layout to the Camaro besides that screen. Looks good, but nonetheless its a rendering.

No Cnet cartech has a video of it turning on. Its on their podcast. Looks pretty cool. Seems like the same idea.

It may be a rendering, but that's one gorgeous interior for that type of car. Looks very upscale, like Lexus or Infinity. NICE job GM!

Allure? Isn't that the 2010 LaCrosse? Great looking vehicle, I'm going to point my mother in it's (the LaCrosse) direction when she's looking for a new vehicle in a couple years.
