1990 Camaro: Steering wheel vibration

I recently purchased 1990 Camaro and spent the last few days bringing it back to life. Now everything is running, but for some reason steering wheel has a small vibration on high speed. I have done tire alignment to fix this problem with no success. Currently my car has Dunlop tires and I believe something wrong with them. Does anyone know what else I need to check to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.
