I'd like to say I could get together but I don't have a build date so... looks like I'll see ya next year. lol

SC, CAI, and other mods...? already got em programmed on my calendar - LOL! Actually took some $ away form my down payment to fund my projects.

Don't have need for an S/C, but if I did - I most certainly would. CAI? Absolutely WAIT! Right now, everything coming out is the new stuff, so obviously the competition in the market is very low, so demand and price are very high. By March/Spring sales will be in full swing and we will have our pickings of mods.

My List:

1. Tinted Windows
2. OEM Mud Guards
3. Straight Pipe addition (-mufflers)
4. CAI - Brand TBD, most likely Hennessey when prices fall in Feb/Mar
5. Sound System and Internal AMB Lighting (Custom)

Should be done with that list by April 2010 ready for showtimes!

My salesman called yesterday!!!! Our Camaro should be ordered in the next allocation cycle!!!!!! So...we had to make a decision on color. We went with the IOM with IOM interior (that should look nice and subtle). We also caved to the pressure, we switched from the 2LT to the 2SS!!!! I'm afraid with GM claiming to make the "Green" movement, they will never build a car like this one again!!!! We will hopefully have our car in 8-10 weeks???

well long as your happy thats all that matters..just remember the SS gets crap gas milage..got the 2lt and we are putting CAI and all new exhaust on it..will get a nice hp increase and mpg increase...which is kinda funny because when we and the supercharger gonna lose all the gas milage i gained...hope to see you guys out there soon

I'm still here! Hijacked my parents computer today..we are in IL on vacation for a few days. AND we are the new rock stars in this little town we are in!! HAHA

Got 25 mpg on the hiway cruising at 74, so I'm a happy camper about that!

Heads up KS. side folks. The Leavenworth Camaro Club is having a meet tonite, Friday the 24th, from 6pm on in Lansing behind the Arbys and Popeyes Chicken on Main St.
Should be several 2010's there......

I've been tracking mine and the status has said load - Faifax, KS July 22 5:48 pm. It hasn't changed since. Yeah, I couldn't help myself and went down there to take a look around, nothing! One lonely yellow Camaro. Seems to me it's still waiting to be unloaded. Can anyone offer some insight?

OK, so let me get this...

You changed your ordering data before it went from 1100 to 2000? ...your dealership told you that your allocation was coming up, and you ammended your order? ...so you didn't loose your spot in the que by changing your initial Bench Order?

Hmm, this might be my opportunity to add a few things...

Got to meet JayhawkSS and see his Camaro in Lansing at the Leavenworth Cruisers cruise night. Nice to put a face with a name. We were hoping the guy that bought Martens IOM would be there but he couldnt make it. They are having a Car Show Aug 15 at the Eagles location on 20th St in Leavenworth. Maybe he will show his beast there.

Any consensus on winter driving here in KC? I'll be getting the 2lt/rs pkg so all summer tires...not sure how well those would hold up. Then again, winter here is not like it is in Minnesota either.

i personaly will be putting my car up for the winter..the crap they put on the streets will eat your car alive..plus couldnt stand the thought of wrecking it..i imagine they will handle like crap in the snow anyways

On another note, I was driving down 95th in OP today. Saw a red v6, looked pretty sharp. Still think yellow is better

Honey Bee, great looking car. Are you going to be adding any stripes to it? I have the same color combo order but am having white stripes. I should have mine by the end of august.

Today in Leavenworth I saw a Yellow SS/RS with black rally stripes. Two women in the car. So I head home from the store and they are pulled to the side of the road a mile from my house switching drivers I believe. Yellow looks good but I wouldn't be able to handle all of the bumble bee comments.

I wanted yellow, then orange, then yellow and finally decided on IOM. I doubted my decision until the day the car got here. You guys who ordered this color are going to be so glad you did. I mean, this car looks great in every color, but IOM is just insane. I was going to order stripes and couldn't decide between black or white so I thought I would wait. Now I'm thinking no stripes unless I go hockey. The car just looks so good without them. Hope you all get a quick delivery!

I agree with you Honey Bee. I was going to go with a blue or red but then just went with orange. Never saw the color in person until 2.5 months after I ordered my car. And I am glad that I chose orange. I cannot wait until mine arrives.
