if anyone is interested there is a cruise-in at the sonic located at 915 s parker street in olathe tonight. starts at 6pm door prizes and 10%food discounts.

About 60 camaro's(OK,KS,Ark) showed up in Tulsa @ Jim Glover Chevrolet,catered by Okla. Joe's benefiting the daughter of one of our members who has leukemia. Okla Blood Inst. was there taking blood donations.Some went afterwards to the Hard Rock casino and then the next day(sun.),Hooters/Cancer Sucks car show where they got a club participation trophy.

I never heard if we met the 50 blood donations goal?

Alright KC area members or anyone close who is interested, how about we plan on Sat. Aug. 4th for our picnic/get togehter/cruise in to spring hill sonic? lets see how many we can get.

It was a great time with great people for a great cause. It was nice getting out & going for a drive with 14 Camaros going down the highway from Kansas too. The dealership was very hospitable (one of our members ended up with a new car...), Hard Rock was a blast, & we hung out on Memorial for a bit with one of the guys we met down there. All in all it was a good weekend in OK. Thanks for having us...

by the way OKCwhiteKnight... I might be stealing the fender idea from ya

Have we heard yet how many pints of blood were donated? I know they were shooting for 50, but I bet since all 8 tables were full the whole time, there was probably a lot more than that.

And what a great time I had! Loved the trip down from Wichita with 13 other Camaros. We had at least one of every factory color in our train!
