Thanks, From the time I walked into Coreys shop and told him what I wanted to do, we have collaborated on most everything... And with expertise and guidance, I think it will turn out pretty good... I should have lots of pics Monday on... Until Friday, and I leave for Brazil on Saturday...

Holy cow it IS being worked on!!!

I wish I had a need for axles like those...

Congrats on the build. Nice to see things coming along. I need to get out there sometime and visit the shop....and I'll make sure I leave my ID and wallet at home so he can't charge me a few hundred bucks a visit....lol

Sweet!! Wish I would have had the coin to do something like your build. Your car is going to be a beast and will probably be finished before Bruce's.

At least you're representing RJT well with what you're doing!

Hope you have a safe trip to Brazil!

Robert's car is going to be a killer. Nice street manners but monster on the track.

Thanks for the kind words... I think that between Coreys expertise and my desires, Brandi will turn out ok... Time will tell

Spent a good portion of the day at the shop. Progress is being made. The dual fuel pump is installed and the tank is back in the car. While the rear subframe is out, they have been working on the suspension components. As seen in these pictures, they have installed the trailing arms, the toe rods, and the axles. They still have the delrin differential bushings, but those will be easier to do after thee rear subframe is reinstalled. You may notice the big brite golden orange colored solid subframe bushings. Woo Hoo, this thing ought to hook up if nothing else....

Tomorrow, Tuesday, I'm headed back to the shop again. I am taking the sway bars and my spoiler down there. Had to wait until I had a day to use Debbies car... Sways and the spoiler wont fit on my Harley...

Here are a couple of other pictures of interest... The specs for my cam... and one of the installation pictures as they were putting one of the axles in.....

The guy you can see is Narcisso, Coreys lead mechanic.

Here is a picture or two of the turbo setup...

There were three large boxes of turbos, tubing and miscellaneous other items included in the kit.

One fun thing today was listening to a CTS-V Caddy that has the same cam I'm getting... It sounded wicked...Granted the caddy had headers and cutouts, but it also only had 2.5 inch exhaust...Corey said that I should really like the sound my car has at that point, plus it will be a bit louder than the caddy...

More pictures to follow tomorrow...

I'm hauling the dove tail and my sways to the shop tomorrow. Corey has a couple of painters he is going to check with and he will have it painted while I'm gone. I found a window tinter today as well..

He will do my car in Coreys shop as soon as it is in roller shape... Corey will call him and Dave will come in and take care of it. I met him today at the shop when he was tinting a couple of Corvettes.

You wanna see it in pieces... here is the underside of her with no butt...

Well, today was pretty productive, we finished the assembly of the rear suspension subframe, and reinstalled it.. We then changed the differential bushings to the Delrin pieces... that was a chore but went pretty quickly....

We also installed the sway bar on the rear... That took like 5.83 minutes with the rear subframe on the jackstands...

Quick note, if you use a high speed air driven reciprocating jig saw to cut the last bit or rubber, and there is molten rubber on the blade...DO NOT GRAB IT TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE BENT TIP... not only can you not let it go quick enough, when you do, the hot molten rubber comes with it and you can't simply let that go.... Yes, the blisters are a nice addition.... which all in all is better than leaving a bunch of skin on the blade...

She looks good but... I must say it...girls always look better with butt!

BTW... That girl looks like she will hook up nicely. If not, the twins are doing a helluva great job making more power than you will ever need. As for the blisters.. I am a paramedic and I can help!?! HA HA
