Nice Customer service IPS,

I got a note that the manufacturer Corbeau is still making a run of left seat brackets, so my seat brackets are a bit delayed, which s no big deal, since we have a bunch of fabrication to do getting the trans in and the other work we have to do....

Just knowing is cool...

Thanks IPS...

Yup.

While I want my wheels I know how long it takes. I'll be here when Tony calls me to tell me they are shipping. I'm not that guy who calls the dealer 100 times asking for new on my car.

It'll get here when it get's here.

you have no idea how many times I've come close to sending you the link to the whining posts about

"my X hasn't showed up yet, and I just clicked on order" or some other retarded post like that...I've come close to posting in quite a few of them... especially the ones that mention... I'm way too impatient to wait three days......

It should be I'm too childish to wait more than 26 seconds

people are all about instant gratification now. But I agree, being "in the loop" is more important then everything happening right the first time

I wish some of me and Bonnies clients were more patient.

Our product takes 6 to 8 weeks to make. I always tell them 8 weeks.

We have a saying that 2 weeks have already passed in their minds before they get to their car in the parking lot.

What really SUCKS is when it takes 10 and 11 weeks to make. We have no control over it. Our clients are pissed and they let us know, we get pissed and let our supplier know, they get pissed and .................. go home and sleep like a baby probably.

Honesty and prompt information is the best thing in time orders.
