No, I can't play with the big boys. The only FI thing I have is a Cruze, lol!! Just saw that build of a TT car and it seems like the rest of the car isn't being built to support it. The starving for air is a possibility, but it would depend on how much boost they are running...
Though it looks like if they are feeding those two turbos, that may be a distinct possibility...

Typically, the blow off valve/s will be located between the intercooler and the intake manifold. The waste gates are located at or just after the turbos....

Blow off valves, release excess boost when the throttle blade is shut in front of the boost, such as when you hammer it, reach full boost and then suddenly let off the throttle... There is a large amount of pressure there and it has to go somewhere... It's enough pressure that it can easily damage the throttle blades....

The waste gates are at the turbos for the most part, and are designed to release excess exhaust pressure when the system meets its maximum design boost level... This is dependent on the the springs pressure installed, or the boost called for by a boost controller...

Okay, then I must be seeing the waste gates up on top. See, this is why I get edumacated before putting my foot in my mouth.

I didn't know there was a difference, sad, I know. That explains a lot and I appreciate it!

We all have to learn at some point...

Believe me, I didn't know much about em three years ago... but between pressures, maps etc... and being on turbo's five and six, I've learned...

Precision keeps those close hold for proprietary reasons... Corey couldn't even get them..
