You would have to ask the dealer. Every dealer would charge a different price, hourly labor charge.

because i bought the pdim and they were gonna charge me 200 bucks to program it so i sold the pdim on ebay

Finally got mine done this weekend. Was very easy, took my time with the trim ring. No hassles, now just have to bring it in and get the BCM programmed. Thanks Gene, and Patrick.
