O2 sensor & Timing issue.. HpTuner

1: My STFT on Bank 2 will sometimes stop reading after PE (open loop). This doesn't happen every time but it mostly happens when i get on it.. While cruising down the road i will restart the car and STFTs come back.

2: A few times when i let off the gas Bank 1 stays normal and Bank 2 goes to +29 STFT.

3: Every 20ish seconds my spark advance goes from 45 to 25 then back to 45 for no apparent reason. consistent speed with cruise set.

I know the most common answer would be: you O2 is junk. I switched O2s and extensions and had same issue on same bank..
I tried attaching DataLog but was unable. I cannot make adjustments to my timing or until I can get these issues under control

Vacuum sits at 25ish and I boost to 9psi.

Just a guess, but check for loose spark plug wires or fouling spark plugs on the passenger side

Any tuners know what looks at the timing every 23 seconds and resets or adjusts? Every 23 seconds like clock work it drops timing for a second then returns to normal.
