I sent payment on December 7th and still haven't heard from you guys. You definitely have my money....I haven't received confirmation from you receiving my payment (even though you TOOK my money from my bank account), I haven't received any word that you've shipped the product, no tracking information, NO NOTHING....I haven't heard a peep from you since you took my money.

They're on vacation but are able to take my money? I don't know about that BSR-1. That's some REALLY SH*TTY business right there. And I was in contact with them on December 7th, which is when I sent them money through paypal. Even if they are on vacation, ZERO communication of that fact is unacceptable.

Has ANYONE on here actually conducted business with this "company" and received their brake pads from these guys?

Thanks, I appreciate it. I feel like I'm starting to go crazy. Not only did they not inform me of a delay, they didn't say a word about anything. Just took my money and ran. No confirmation of even receiving it except that it's missing from my account.

lol of course I saw your number in the signature that's the first thing I did! I called you guys multiple times yesterday during normal business hours AND every single day last week. I got an automated operator with a messaging system and no one returned my calls. I mean, come on, what was I supposed to think after all that? I will be calling you shortly, thanks!

We use a phone system like most other corporations use, and upon calling, it requires you to dial the appropriate extension to reach the department you need (i.e. in this case, extension #3, Product and Sales Information), an extension you admitted over the phone just now to us as not trying when you called before. You wouldn't be the first customer to excuse our phone system as being less than user-friendly with no easy way to get through, despite us taking close to 50 calls per day from those capable of using the proper channels for the department they need (in this case, extension #3). Regardless, we need to rework our phone system options, because again, it's happening too often and obviously isn't acceptable to some. In addition, our voice mail box here is just checked (without failure) each and every business day by both Jennifer and Chris here (M-F) and nobody left a message regarding Hawk Pads. The only message we have from you is here via PM. At any rate, we understand you were taken care this afternoon and we do appreciate the order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
