Definetly C&C thats why im struggling with this now... Aftermarket is too many pieces from this vendor and that vendor to make up for one clean display. with all that included you dont have to go aftermarket.

Bingo! I keep beach towels in the car to use on the leather seats in the summer, but wanted the 2SS. Had the choice been available I would have taken a 2SS with cloth seats.

Living in OK asking for A/C delete on a car, I've already called the white coats and they'll be there shortly! On a more serious note, very few people would order such an option that wouldn't be better off building their track car with the 'body in white' platform and I really doubt GM would make any money off such an option.

I'd rather have the C&C option than leather with the 1SS. Having said that, I don't know why GM doesn't just allow them both as options.

Are there any hints to what may be available on the 2011 1SS and 2SS? A new trim level for the V8, maybe?

ummm...i dont think any of that stuff should be on the 1SS...specially the c&c...that is a luxury and should only be in the top of the line model...if they put all this shit in the 1ss then why would any1 buy the 2ss? i feel the 1ss if more for people who want the car more for performance reasons...not people who are using it as daily drivers...some1 who is storing their camaro in their garage and taking it to the track on the weekends for a lil fun doesnt need bluetooth and crap...nor leather seats or ambient lighting

i think the main idea behind the 1ss was for it to be a car for those who wanted an SS but didnt want to spend the money. the heated leather seats and ambient lighting probably would have added to the cost.

I think the 4 pack of console gauges should be standard on the 1SS also. The SS is the performance version whether it be the 1SS or 2SS, so ot deserves the same performance parts, and gauges are one of them.

Gauges are not "performance" IMO. If they gave you a 5-speed vs 6-sp tranny, THAT's performance. Gauges=goodies.

I can't agree, the 4-pack is something like 99% asthetics and availible as a dealer option for all trims.

A 1LE option would be kind of cool to get, I ordered a 1SS/RS and the only thing that I thought should have been in the car is the 4 gauge cluster. However, it is what it is.... I'm just happy that the camaro is finally back.

A 1SS for 30,995 that is well equipped even when it has no options, with a powertrain like that deserves a full compliment of engine monitoring gauges. Not idiot lights!
