Nothing you do to your car will out right void the entire warranty. There has to be a direct link between a modification and the specific issue in question before a warranty repair can legally be denied. If you install a supercharger and your drivers side window stops working they can not deny the repair because one has nothing to do with the other. If you install a supercharger and you have any sort of drive train issues, they will probably deny the repair. Here is a good article that explains it in a little more detail.

If you want to make absolutely sure you won't have any problems then, like Mike said, your best bet is to find a good cat back/CAI bolt on package and ride out the warranty. If you start going any deeper than that into performance mods you will want to work with someone who has enough integrity to explain what parts of your warranty will be effected and not just push you into buying something. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions.

You can also add high flow cats and a ported throttle body. I believe these are warranty friendly. There is also a device that eliminates the skip shift.

what's skip shift? does this have anything to do with the dash telling me to go to fourth from first sometimes. probably a stupid question

so I'm supposed to shift from 1st to 4th?
i tried it once to see if it was what i thought it was, and it just acted like it was bogging down n i never did it to her again. and whats the advantage of taking that off if it's just there, i mean it's not like you have to do it. i'm confused
