Ram Air Hoods and CAI?

Does anyone have an MPD ram air hood (Z Force, Cowl Induction, etc.) or an RK Sport Ram Air Hood and the Roto-Fab CAI?

Does the hood opening match up with the area boxed off by the Roto-Fab? In some pictures it looks like they do line up, but other pictures seem like they're off.

What about those hoods with any other CAI unit?

That's with a V8 though, OP's got a V6, so the shape of the air intake box might well be different. Or not?

We actually use the same air box for both the V6 and V8. Our hood seal can be pulled upwards some to take up some additional height. If the hood was lower, the top of the air box would need to be trimmed.

I know the Roto-Fab can reach/seal with the hoods.
My question is if the hole for fresh air lines up with the air box. I think the MPD does, but looking at pictures of the RK Sport, it seems too far towards the center. So I'm hoping someone can tell me if they line up vertically.

Based on Spacecowboy's response, I think the RK Sport will line up, but I'm hoping a Rotofab owner might be able to say for sure.

Here is two pics of the RKSport hood and K&N. It doesn't line up perfectly but pretty close.

That's pretty close. It's offset like I suspected, but not by much. It looks like you could cover the inner edge of the hood opening so you have a true seal pretty easily.

Thanks for the pics!!!
