I've seen it on a few Camaros though, especially at the SEMA show.

Found it. Thanks to ctk1. I did a Google search for Forgiato grilles, and someone with Forgiato wheels who also had this grille popped up. Here's a link:

carid.com and uniqueautodepot.com both have them for the eexact same price. Around $1000 if you want removable headlight covers. Maybe Santa will bring it for me, lol.

That's a sweet grille. I've been waiting for someone to make an SS emblem for the front and back that had the modern font.
