Has anyone tried this with any results?

If you are intrigued by that spacer, which I don't believe does much, consider the VMax throttle body. The VMax is well worth the money. imo

Go Ported Throttle body, Definitely a good gain.

Thanks for the input guys. I was just curious if anyone had tried one of those spacers. It doesn't seem like a ported, or bigger TB would be cost effective on a stock cam/head car. I know that they're quite beneficial on a better flowing head or larger cam engine, but does anyone have dyno #s on a stock head/cam pkg? With a larger TB or ported unit, you'd def need a tune, wouldn't you?

I have a ported TB on my cammed car. Didn't do a dyno before and after I put it on but there is an increase in throttle response. No tune needed.

Do a search for VMax and you will find track times, dynos, and a lot of happy people. And no you don't need a tune. My car is about as stock as you can get, and this TB increased throttle response at minimum.
