Are they the same as the bumblebee stripes?

Looking at some of the pictures, they seem to be the same.

If they are not, can someone please let us know what the difference(s) is/are?

Much appreciated.

thanks,

BL

I have the convertible style stripes and they are not the same as the bumblebee. They are more tappered off as they approach the mail slot. The bumblebee stripes are almost like 2 rectangles that maintain width all the way down the nose. Check out the link in my sig.

Thanks scythezo6. That helps a lot.

Those are nice pictures, and I like your read diffuser which has the 'rectangular' exhaust.

I will look for these stripes since I believe other vendors are making them (RiderGraphix).

But, unlike you, I want the rear stripes to wrap around the spoiler. I love that look (being able to see them).

thanks,

BL.

With the convertible stripes, do you stop.at the rear deck (befor the tail light) or go.all the way up to the convertible top (which would include covering part of the top.and.side of the third brake light)?

The one true factory stripe vert I saw, stopped at the deck lid and left a "gap" of body visible before the roof... im.looking for a set too, but one that will cover the top/sides of the brake light (and wrap over the spoiler)

How would that work? I mean- do you have access to a template or specs to contour the stripes up the sides and over the top if the taillight? Im really leary of installing and cutting on the car, and from what I've seen, the taillight housing is body colored, and would look awkward (imo) not striped as well. (Sorry to be a pain...)

If you don't mind, once you do get one through, pm me with the details and cost, id be looking for gloss black. I plan in taking the first week my car arrives off work to do all the mode/detailing at one time, to include the stripes. Thanks!

PS- Boogie, sorry to jack your thread!!!

Thanks for the comments on my stripes.
I love the look on how they wrap around the spoiler so you can see them from behind, but I'm going to black out my rear trunk panel and I think it would get too busy in that area with all the black. As for buying the stripes I was going to go with Rider, but they were too expensive. I went to the dealership and they hooked me up with a graphics shop in town that makes stripes for their camaros. It was way cheaper.
