They do?? I have always had trouble with them. I have emailed them 3 times this week alone with no reply so far.

What email address are you sending messages to? It is possible that your messages are getting picked up in our filters if you are using certain keywords.

The email on your website is the one I am using. Im trying to get a wiring diagram for the flush mount switches because they came with nothing at all. Just 4 switches in a bag.

There is a small diagram included with the switches. I snapped a quick photo for you.



The 2 outside pins are + and - for the switch illumination (marked). The 3 inside pins are Normally Closed, Normally Open, and Input.

Thanks. That wasnt in the box with the switches. I dumped out all of the peanuts and didnt find it so that helps. Thanks. Where can I find spade connectors that small??

We usually solder directly to the pins but there are spade terminals that size. We get them from our 12V warehouse but pretty sure you can get them at an auto parts supplier.
