If anyone knows this, that would be REALLY helpful. I appreciate everyone's enthusiasm (especially chicagobulls yelling at us), but this was my original question, and it has not been answered yet.
Maybe you could try asking the vendor...

Take a look at these. I don't have them, but there are a few options out there. I think RPI also sells some and they are a vendor here.

What's with all the negativity about caliper covers? It's no different than any other appearance mod. Good grief.

good one, come up with that all by yourself or did you get help?

Anyway, to the original poster, I believe those covers you are asking about would be the large size

Because of the weight. the V6 brakes are more than enough force to lock up the tires so in one single braking comparison the V6 should do better beacuse of the 60lbs off the front of the car it has over the V8. But at the track when you do repeated braking at high speeds the V6 brakes start fading and the brembos stay strong. Just food for thought.

Absolutely, and if you're tracking your car, I would go for the brembos or some type of upgrade, to say they aren't better would be foolish.....

check out the members for sale section, sometimes there's SS drag racers who will trade stocks for brembos because of clearance issues running 18s.

I think you're reading that wrong. And it's cheaper for forum members. Use the code and you get free shipping too.

I have an SS, but my brakes are more then just looks. Brembos have the name, the look and incredible performance. Upgrade the rotors and it's unreal stopping power as those Brembos just attack

It's your car... If you want the mod for the looks then you should go with it. I think it looks much better than the little stock brakes. I don't think it looks "tacky". I say go for it.

Then if one day you think you want to stop shorter, get some take offs from an SS...

Don't let the haters get you down.

Yep but this GMP kit reduces brake dust lets the air in to reduce heating also. Look great for me instead of a 5,000.00$ Brembo set up.
