Found these from SEMA. The stripes on this car were vynil that looked like brushed aluminium. That would look pretty cool on any color!

many dealers online sell this type VINYL stripes not really expensive either. you could probably get enough to do the hood and deck on a Camaro for under $250. depending of course on the width and if they were custom made for your car.

Looks pretty slick to me. Resembles a car Foose did where he distressed the paint to look like brushed aluminum. Do you have more pics of this car?

I don't think that's vinyl I think that's the bare metal with some type of coating to keep it from rusting. I vagualy remember seeing that car at SEMA and it was really nice I doubt it had vinyl.

they do have vinyl like that, and they do have bare metal protectants for doing bare metal stripes. it could go either way.

Yeah I saw the guys on 'Chop, Cut, Rebuild" Do this to one of their cars by sanding down to the bare metal and putting a sealant on. It looks badass! Would have to go vynil for the 'Maro though, since the front facia is plastic.

I do small signs and vehicle graphics. Vinyl is a cheaper route than paint and it holds up to most all weather.
