LS7 Wheels??

I have a friend telling me those are the Polished Wheels on the LS7, however I thought Chevy just said they were Custom Wheels?

Can anyone confirm or deny this? I know they are not the standard SS wheels, nor are they the Midnight Silver.

I agree, they are much nicer than the optional 21" wheels that are offered IMO.

SEMA LS7 Wheel Clone available.

A good substitute, looks very similar to the LS7 wheels. Thought you all may want to know.

Ok looking wheel, not sure it's any closer to those from the LS7 concept than the stockers on looks but you could gain a little width, of course that's assuming they offer them with the right bolt pattern and offsets. Still, nice eye.

I don't remember if they said who made them but I do know they said they were a 1 of wheel just for that car. They aren't available for sale like the Dale Jr. Sema wheels are either so idk if they will come out anytime soon. They are my favorite wheel I've seen on a 5th gen yet though.

They are prototypes as you know. While working the SEMA booth with the GM Performance Parts LS7 Concept Camaro I asked one of the builders of the car about the wheels.

I was told "don't ask"

So from that I would assume it's a dead issue.

Prototype to me sounds like something about to come to production!? Maybe they'll be for a future model upgrade like the Mustang did (ie. Bullet; Shelby).
Some wheel Company needs to look into it!

I don't know, I was thinking that maybe they were expensive to build and therefore scrapped as a possible offering.

I will ask again, maybe I can get an answer as the car is out and there is a good market for those wheels.

Well, you heard it from Robin.

However, I'd watch closely for Carlisle coming up. There are supposed to be a few different types of wheels offered by several companies.

I'm waiting to buy a new SS until I can find the LS7 wheels. I really hope someone produces these wheels. I want the LS7 wheels with a 1.5" drop just like the LS7 Camaro.

You can always get the car before the wheels come out and then just get the wheels then. It sounds like you might be waiting for a while otherwise. I really like the LS7 wheels but the car looks good without those wheels haha.

Btw I also what somebody to get the fully polished Dale Jr. SEMA wheels too, I'd like to see what those look like.
