He can attend. I wouldn't have a problem with any muscle car joining us, but, lets make that something to discuss at the meeting.

Pros and Cons

This meeting is to get together and discuss the pros AND cons of becoming formal. We need to hear from both sides at this meeting. We all make up this group, we all have a say in which way we go.

Please show up for this, which ever way you feel and let your input be heard!

Thanks everybody!

This is exactly what BLACK10 was talking about. He's been riding with us since one of our first meets at the Shed....which why i think it should just be Cajun Cruisers or something like that. Don't want to leave anyone out. But I'm happy with the informal group we have now.

Yeah i kind of agree that things are getting a bit crazy, this is all about having fun, and people are getting stressed out..

Let's just cruise

That could be the same thing as Cajun Camaro Club would be Cajuns from Louisiana and not Texas and Mississippi!

There is already a Cajun Cruisers club and we started calling ourselves Cajun Camaro Club since mid 2009 when it was just a few of us. We don't have to leave anyone out, but staying with what we have always been is what I'm going for. We're not going to leave anyone out, it is just a name and one we've had since the beginning.

If you get a chance, visit our site and give me some ideas:

Sorry if i ruffeled any feathers, I have nothing against Mustangs in the club. I have friends with Mustangs and I was thinking it would be hard to get them in a camaro club with a camaro club t-shirt on getting out of there car. I have ridden with them and I am sure they would ride with us. I guess it came out wrong, and sorry if i offended anyone.

No offense taken. I'm all about keeping things like they are, but protecting what we already have. Actually our club is better known than we might think. I've had people call me and email me after hearing about the club and wanting to join in. And with the new website, I've had a few requests for more info, so it's all good! As I add stuff to the site, your thoughts and ideas are very much welcome, it's our site. And we'll word the front page to indicate that we are a muscle car club. But if we have an all Camaro event in the future, we can do that too. I don't see us leaving anyone out! Now saying that, I still think a t-shirt with Cajun Camaro Club with a Camaro is appropriate, and we can still have other shirts as well. Hell, I'd like a collection with all kinds of cars, so it's all good!

If I'm in town I'll be there, probably with my son. I was in an official corvette club a few years back and we had a formal eat and meet once a month. It was a good time. We planned our cruises, voted on T-shirts, had a good meal, collected dues. no pressure.

That said, I'm good either way. I just want to meet new friends and cruise in cool cars. I'm easy!

My husband and I should be able to make it. I'm starting to get a complex about not being "Cajun". Mississippi has dropped the ball on cruises and meets. We love hanging with y'all.
