How hard was it to remove, prep, paint and reinstall all the interior trim peices. I have been looking at doing this. What paint did you use and how did you prep the pieces? I was thinking one coat primer, two color, and two clear.

its not bad just time consuming....i did each part in segments so it kinda took longer. if was gonna do it again id just take apart the whole interior in one step makes it easier to get a certain pieces. as for the painting im not exactly a master painter.....so there were some mistakes but nothing TOO bad. basically i sanded the surfaces with 600 grit sandpaper, used alcohol to clean it, a layer of primer, 2 paint, and 2 clear. I used duplicolor clear coat and paint. Its not an exact match but its close enough for me. just make sure everything is clean before you paint it. for the rear quarter panels i probably should of used a heavier filler or primer so it smoothed out to kinda match the front door panels.....might have to redo those sometime.

That color isn't seen much in the interior.. In fact that's a first for me. It looks really well done. Great job!
