Unhappy Car back for service AGAIN!!

So today when I was leaving school my car messed up AGAIN!!

When I pressed the clutch to turn my car on and as I start to slowly let the clutch go to move I heard a POP!!! and I was like WTF??? and I thought I just hit a cup or a water bottle and I was noticing that it was starting to smell like something was burning! and I thought I'll just bring it to the dealer to see what happened. As I was to go on the street I gave her a little gas and there's this LOUD!! rattling noise from the trany area like something was scraping badly!! also the car was shaking!

but after like 5-10 min of driving the felt normal again. I turned it off and on again and I gave her gas and it was all normal again like nothing happened!

My car has been doing this for a little while now but I was just ignoring it because it was not as bad and scary like what happened today. I should have took action then when it first happened. (lesson learned)

Anybody had a similar problem to this??

This is like the 20th problem my car had since I got it!

Trade it in for an automatic. Joking...but after your BS trash talking about automatics on the ZL-1 thread, I couldn't resist.

Yeah definitely go for the auto. Or put a liberty five speed and a nine inch in it.

Or you could just take it to the dealer and have them look at it.

So that burning smell is a catback close to the cross member ? Interesting

Just as you kind of stated I thought it was a clutch with the pop and burning smell. sounds like a classic clutch going out.
