I couldnt get it to work so i do the easy/quick way in the industry im in time is money i fiddled with the whole seat thing and couldnt do it w/o damaging the headliner. thats my advice do what you will with it

just wanted to bump this thread and say that i got the headliner out of the car by just removing the passenger seat, putting the shifter in drive with the car off, putting the tilt on the steering wheel all the way down and being very careful.. so.. it is possible..

reviving an old post...got it out today...and it was a real PITA! but it does work. have to spin the b1tch around backward and some wriggling to get it right. we'll see how the new one goes back in...should be interesting.

Haha...it happens. Got the headliner replaced, practically stripped out the interior minus the driver seat. With a little patience, it WILL go back in without bending or removing the windshield.

I have to do this to my car. Can't stand the Gray/Titanium, least I'll already have the seats & console out for a carpet swap.

Fo sho...that'll make it a lot easier. As well as pulling out all the rear quarter panel trim. its not difficult but it is time consuming. Patience, patience, patience. Good luck bro.
