The 2011 HardPark Meet sponsored by

The HardPark Meet will be a monthly event which takes place the first Saturday of every month between April and October from 8:00pm - Midnight that provides you with a unique opportunity to introduce and/or demonstrate your product or service to hundreds of automotive enthusiasts and automobile lovers.
2011 will be the first year this event is taking place and the first time an event like this has been held in the East Texas area. This is a great way to show that you support locally organized events held by a local organization.

The HardPark Garage and invites you to participate in this exciting community event! The HardPark meet is an excellent opportunity for you to network with the individuals who are interested in your services or products and to explore new business ventures with others. Exhibiting is a dynamic, cost effective, one-stop opportunity to maximize contact with your existing clients and hundreds of potentially new customers. The HardPark Garage is part of which is an automotive enthusiast web forum consisting of over 300 members and has been around since 2007. The idea behind the HardPark Meet is to provide a safe, controlled, accessible area for those of all ages interested in cars to socialize and provides exhibitors/vendors with a targeted market and qualified buyers. We want to bring buyers and businesses together on a regular basis and help promote each other’s ideas: HardPark Garage’s vision of a large car gathering and the business goals of promoting their products to a crowd.

Here’s why you should support The HardPark Meet:
· It delivers a dynamic, face-to-face form of direct marketing and offers extremely cost-effective advertising.
· It provides an opportunity to maximize your contact with existing clients and hundreds of potentially new customers.
· It provides exhibitors with a targeted market and qualified buyers
· It educates consumers about your products and/or services
· It generates sales leads and increases sales
· It introduces new products and/or services
· It allows you exclusivity at the meet – free of competitors.
· It enables consumers to remember your company by offering a more relaxed atmosphere to talk about your products while showing support for the community and share a coming interest making them more prone to buy from you than a competitor.
· The Broadway Square Mall will be offering all 2011 vendors of this event additional services within the mall itself. Details on pages 3 and 4.

The HardPark Meet provides a number of valuable services to our vendors, including:
- Around-the-clock security - Helpful volunteers (from - Waste removal.

Location: Broadway Square Mall next to On The Border

Date: Saturday, April 2, 2011 (and the first Saturday of every month between April and October)

Setup begins Saturday, April 2 at 7:00 PM. All exhibitors must be
completely set-up by 8:00 PM on the day of the event and packed up by midnight that same night.

The HardPark Garage is offering several levels of sponsorship in order to suit all types of vendors. Purchasing a full 7 months (7 events) is listed at a cheaper cost than if each event is purchased individually. Silver and Gold vendors will receive a predetermined amount of time inside the mall which is separate from the event time, but will be allotted between April and October. Please review the following choices and read carefully before choosing:

Bronze Sponsor:
As a Bronze Sponsor, you are entitled to have your company provided logo placed on promotional fliers any additional advertising will need to be provided by the vendor and will be limited. A 5x7 space will be given to this level sponsorship to set up a table.
Bronze Sponsor, a company must donate at least $350 total (or $75 per individual event – 7 total events). Electrical not included.

Silver Sponsor:
Silver Sponsors will be recognized as a supporter of an organization that is involved in the community. The company provided logo will appear on fliers and a banner advertising the company will be placed on the website, however, no promotions and/or other types of advertisement can take place on the website. A 15x15 space will be given to this level sponsorship to set up a booth and is ideal if the vendor wishes to have a car within their space.
1 weekend day will be given to this sponsor for FREE tabling inside the mall to promote their products.

Silver Sponsor, a company must donate at least $700 (or $125 per individual event – 7 total events).
Electrical not included.

Gold Sponsor:
This is our ultimate level of sponsorship. The vendor’s logo will be placed on any and all promotional items from fliers, to business cards, banners and clothing when they are available. An animated banner and link will be provided on the website and a year free of forum vendor membership ($100 value) for the vendor to post specials and promote their business online. This vendor will be given a 25x25 space to set up a booth. Additional room will require an addition cost. Electrical is free with this sponsorship.
1 weekend day will be given to this sponsor for FREE tabling inside the mall to promote their products.

Gold Sponsor, a company must donate at least $1050 (or $175 per individual event - 7 total events).
Electricity is free.

Service Sponsor:
This level of sponsorship is for those who would like to participate, but cannot afford large cash contributions. Donations of any goods or services that assist the team qualify you to be a Service Sponsor. Establishments willing to offer discounts to members or donations of food and beverages are ideal candidates for Service Sponsorship. All sponsors are offered advertising space on our fliers. The minimal space required to distribute the vendors goods and services will be given to this level sponsorship.
Service Sponsor, a company must donate goods or services and at least $25 per event
Electrical not included.

**A one-time donation of any amount can also be given. The privileges given to these vendors will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
**Days within the mall are a $300 value. Extra days within the mall can be purchased for $250 through Please e-mail or call for more details.
**All prices are not final and may be subject to change. Cancellation of the HardPark Meet may occur with or without notice in which case vendors will be reimbursed for any remaining or left over events which do not take place- you will not be refunded for HardPark Meets which did occur!

We currently have 9 active advertisements on Texas-Racing totaling 569,517 advertisement views and 1,201 advertisement hits. Your company will get exposure on Texas-Racing!
Prices are determined by the vendor and are charged in cents per day J If you would like to find out more you can visit, click the “Advertise” tab in the top right hand corner of your browser and follow the on screen instructions. You may also contact either person listed at the top of this page or staff member on the website forum itself.

Booth Details:

Spaces will be given depending on level of sponsorship and the order in which a sponsorship is received. Areas in red are where sponsor tables and booths will be set up. Yellow is where the electrical outlet is.

If you have any further questions, comments or concern about any of the sponsorships, vendor advertisements, parking or booth spaces do not hesitate to ask!

2011 HardPark Meet by

The 2011 HardPark Meet along with reviews all applications for vendor/exhibitor participation. The purpose is to ensure that all items and services complement our mission and are not in direct competition with our sponsors.

1. You will be responsible for your own loading, unloading and booth set-up. Volunteers will assist you in setting up and taking down the canopies and tables.
2. Please do not drive or park vehicles on the sidewalks! Stay within the designated area which is in the Mall parking lot and next to On The Boarder restaurant just off Broadway and across from the French Quarter.
3. You are responsible for removing your own trash. Dumpsters will be provided.
4. We ask that you not leave your booth between 9:00 PM and MIDNIGHT. In turn, we promise to prevent non-registered vendors from selling or distributing their materials.
5. If you are a Food Vendor, you are responsible for all necessary licenses required by the City, County and State.
6. You are not authorized to “sublet” your booth space in whole or part.
7. HardPark Garage and are required to purchase a one million dollar insurance policy in order to obtain the permit necessary for the event. To help ensure we can even get coverage HardPark Garage and has implemented a policy
for 2011:
Food vendors must provide proof of insurance, with HardPark Garage listed as a co-insured for the day of the event. Please provide proof of insurance one week before the meet.

8. You hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify The HardPark Garage,, its organizers, volunteers, underwriters, sponsors, employees, as well as the owner of the area where the event is held and the owners of any HardPark Meet, HardPark Garage and related property for any action relating to the HardPark Meet, including theft, damage or injury. Vendors agree to pay any reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by The HardPark Garage’s and’s or its organizers as a result of actions by the vendor, which are covered by this agreement.

Your signature on the application form at the bottom signifies that you understand all rules outlined herein and agree that these rules represent a contract and that no other agreement shall be binding between the parties unless in writing and signed by’s and HardPark Meet’s coordinators.
