Painting my 69 Z
Hi all! I am getting ready to repaint my 69 Z. It has a 22 year old laquer paint job that still looks good in some areas but others it has small cracks and is faded. I want to do this the right way. Is it possible to seal the laquer and paint over it? Or does it need to go down to metal? Any advice would be appreciated!

All of the cracked (crazed) areas will have to be stripped down to metal. Then use a epoxy or etching primer on the bare metal followed by a 2k urethane primer.
