So I finally have a reason to be a part of such a cool forum!

A little background story. Since the release of the Camaro concept this has been my DREAM car. I knew I would be 20 years before I was the proud owner and Camaro5 was to be my fill. When I turned 16 I got my first car, A 2005 Chevy Malibu

Over the past year we have look for what would be my next car as my brother is a year and a half younger, and he would be getting the Malibu.
Every time we roamed the lots we played the game of what about this and what about that, and every time we roamed the chevy lot I had to admire the camaros from a distance. Well, Janurary 15th came around and my parents suggested we go look at chevy with the intentions of looking at a Cruze. We spent some time looking around the lot and my mom suggested we walk down to the GMC lot and talk to an old family friend. When we walked into the GMC showroom, the same family friend asked if there was anything we'd like to look at. OF COURSE I SAID CAMARO. He simply said I have one right here on the floor if you'd like to take a look. We walked around the corner and there she was! She has since been Dubbed My Caroline. I have put about 700 miles on her and she is a blast!
I go to school with a lot filled with many Porsches, BMWs, and of course Mustangs. But there is only one Camaro and shes all mine

I LOVE CAROLINE, my Camero is 2011 with a Bad engine which is at the dealers right now. Her name is TAYLOR, i replaced my x-husband with TAYLOR. Good luck with Caroline

I like the look of it. I don't recall those rims, but they are a real throwback to the RALLY rims of the 60's. Nice touch! Take care of the beauty! Congrats!

Thank you all for the kind words. I understand there will be people out there that aren't. But don't be fooled, I will never do anything to hurt my baby, and that includes racing.
Some more of the story I was later filled in on. The car that they had originally looked at was the same car but 2010, ordered by a man for his own son for christmas, but he never picked it up :( that car was to become My Caroline, however it was snatched right out from under my parents nose. My parents then ordered a 2011 which was en route to another dealer which then became what it is. From what I understand, this was a 2 week undercover surprise under the guise of "work projects". I love this car and I will for many years.

Also, The name plate is comin off soon. It luckly isn't held on with any double sided foam tape but its more like a phone wrap, if you're familiar. The only pain is that they are individual letters -_-
