Does anybody know what old school SS emblem
I just ordered a heritage grille and I want to put the old school ss in the middle, I called a buddy who owns a first gen resto shop to order one but Im not sure of the angle of the point. The emblem for 67,68,and 69 all have a different pitch at the point so I was wondering if someone did the foot work and measured and matched them up for the best fit. If not ill post it after I figure it out-thanks
Also, who is the best supplier to order the rear black out and old school ss emblem from? thanks |

Rear black-out will depend if you want gloss black or matte black. If you want a real SS badge, any of them will work. I think you have to bend it alittle either way.

The rear SS can be purchased from SLP, shipping is steep. If you don't get an answer for the Front, order the one that is in the middle, they bend rather easily if i remember correctly.

I have the Heritage grill, left the emblem off. I haven't found the right one to fit.

SLP has the ols school front one with the landing pad. The landing pad has been the issue with most of them. I made my own last spring to mount an SS from the '07 Impala SS

I used SLP's front and rear, with the SLP blackout in the back. The front badges are bendable and meant to be applied to a hard surface. That said, I just carefully pressed them onto the heritage grille and bent them a bit to get better adhesion. Looks great and matches the ones on the rear. I'm at work now with no pictures handy, but I'll try to get a pic uploaded later.

those are the white led's. they don't have the halo shape, but they match the white light. the stock drl's were an amber shade.
