Order Tracking on Chevrolet.com

Anyone used this? Under "Owners" there is now an option to track your order. Enter your 6-digit order code and view order status. I tried with my order code for my Jan 2010 order and it shows that my car is at the dealership, and has an option to display my window sticker. I'm curious to see how detailed the tracking info is on a current order.

Used it on my coupe in 09 and now everyday waiting for the vert to be shipped. It is pretty accurate but seems to lag by a day !

is it still working for you. Yesterday it said it couldn't track mine anymore but still showed a vin#. Today it says its no longer in the system.

Yesterday it worked fine for me, but today it says it can't find my order either, but does show my VIN. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

I just got my order number from my salesman today and the order went in this morning but it says I must have put in a bad number......it's a 6 digits and it's all letters...no numbers. Does this sound normal? Perhaps the system is down?

Cant find my order today
For the last three weeks it's shown a VIN and shipped, but in the main field where they probably show a car or some more detail it's only been a "please wait file loading" circle thingie.
Clicking on the VIN it always gave me a prohibitted access page and nothing else.
Government Motors to the rescue.

6 letters is correct, the system probably hasn't updated. It'll show up!

Curiouser and Curiouser.
Now on the Chevrolet.com site I get a picture of my Convertible in the right color with the ground effects, a VIN listed and all the dealer information, but this statement is on the page

Justification my car did the same thing on the Chevy.com site. A day later I was notified that is invoiced and left Oshawa from gmconnects.com.

On the Chevy.com site when you click on your VIN do you get the window sticker or does it just error out ? If the Window Sticker shows up then you know it has been invoiced to the dealer.

That's what I've been getting for the 3 weeks I've known my car was built. The car has now been built and sitting for 4 weeks. It was today that the "we have no information on your order" message showed up. Amazingly (is that even a word?) enough, today was the first day that a picture of the car showed instead of a "please wait, site loading" circle.

There has got to be a better way for GM to manage and release this info. My guess is it won't update til Tuesday.
