Let me run this by you....

Looking at a used 2010 2SS, Black, Auto, Polished Aluminum Wheels with 7,500 miles on it. Got the dealer down to $31,500 before TTL. MSRP on this new is around $36,800, (and it doesn't have those ugly backup sensors)...Fair deal?

I have a friend that just bought a 2ss/rs, fully loaded with sunroof ,new 2010 left over for $32,000.00 and change out the door.
I think you should be able to do a little better.

Did you check the warranty history and the car fax?

I got my 2SS/RS with 2500 miles on it before production of the 2011 began (which I would assume would bring down the value of the 2010) for 32k. I think they can do better.

Nope, but as you posted in the other thread you're able to find a new 2010 2SS/RS Auto for $33k which is common around many areas with the leftovers. No reason to spend more than $28k on a used, low mile 2SS/RS Auto when you can get a new leftover for $31-$33k. There's still thousands of them on lots all over the country.

yeah there's one near me for sale used RJ SS2/RS with 4k on it and its going for $32,000. loaded with moonroof and even has exterior SS badging front and rear. its a manual but you should be able to get an auto with the RS package at around 32k

Yeah, before making the deal, you should check out all leftover (new) 2010's on all the lots in your area and make sure you can't do as well or better on a car with 0 miles & full warranty.

Agreed. I test drove the used one described above, found out it was a rental, had several large and small chips in the paint, interior plastics moderately scratched, rear tires worn significantly, spiderweb clearcoat scratches, etc. Doesn't take a genious to figure out it was abused.

So I started looking for a 2010 leftover, found the black one I posted about in the other thread. $33,324 before TTL, 2SS/RS, sunroof, polished aluminum wheels. Seemed like a fair deal...

Very reasonable. Especially since there's currently a $3000 manufacturer to dealer incentive on 2010 leftover Camaro 2SS. That's why I'm not looking at 2011's yet.
