As you refer to Dove Tail....Everything we have been allowed to see has been the High Wing Spoiler...Jr's car has what I would call the Dove Tail....There has been alot of request for the Dove Tail....If I hear anything...I will post...

OK,,,,They just updated our discussion.....Now they are going to create confusion...The picture shown is Dove Tail...This is a very small spoiler...Nothing like Jr's car....Remember, They have been updating this information all day....I'm heading to the ranch...check in 6:30am ...

Those High Wing Spoilers are the same as the GMPP catalog spoilers. Jeff, the Dove Tail spoiler is not in the GMPP 2009 catalog.

1. When I went to the Indy auto show the person watching the roped off Dale JR. car said that the Dove tail spoiler was now had a part number and he thought that the holes would be the same as the standard SS spoiler just that added holes would have to be put in for the two pieces outside the trunk deck.

2. Please tell me that there are 2 different painted engine covers one for V6 and a different one for V8.

Also noted the Dovetail spoiler comes with a brake light mounted in it. it isn;t exactly like the one on Jr's car.

All possible LPO ordered accessories will be offered thru your GM parts Dept. after the sale. For example, if you did not order the vehicle with Ground Effects, you could put on later... Now, depending on Take Rates of LPO's you may have to wait...The Hurst Short Throw shifter LPO has huge order Take Rates right now...With that being said, for future value - a Camaro ordered with LPO's on the Marroone Label - WDO Sticker will be more valuable??..Also making more rare??...Possible ??? What does the forum think ???

What is "Marroone Label - WDO Sticker" ? If you are referring to the window sticker...then yes. Cars ordered with LPOs will be more valuable to collectors than cars that had the options added on later. Where is your facility located in Houston? Do you do installs for dealers only or can I bring my car directly to your facility and have options installed?

Hey, HOTRIDES1, you posted in the MOTHER OF ALL STRIPE THREADS that all stripes, Rally and Hood/Hockey are now RPO - going to be installed at the factory. Is that an absolute fact? And when will RPO codes be coming, or are the same LPO codes now RPO?

Well, Let's put this stripe factory installed in better perspective....I changed my order yesterday for stock based upon GM sending my initial order back to me... I was going to stock 5 of each and changed my order to 2 on those stripes that say "RPO" below.
The Hockey Sticks only stripe are the only stripe I left at qty 5....because they do not say "RPO"...

Notice anticpated date of arrival 16-Mar-09...

I do not know if GM will change the ordering codes LPO vs RPO...
