I think the best mod from a visual point of view would be a hood. Since that still looks stock. And no offense to anyone but I wouldnt go with the zl1 hood. Too many people are doing that. You're car is really unique so id go with something different

Then there's the Spetre Works hood, which is functional AND you don't see many of them. So that's a plus. Then again, I could also save money by just getting the hood ports and cutting up my stock hood. Which would probably come out to about the same after install.

I could also forget the hood and just get the T3 bumper ports. Hmmm...

Visual impact wise, what do you guys think has the biggest affect? Hood or bumper?
I'd go with the SS9 hood, it would definitely look badass on your car. I'm leaning towards this when I get mine this summer.

I've got the dreaded HVAC blower/motor chirping noise. Heard it on my way into work, took me forever to realize what it was - I guess I assumed Kaylee doesn't need TSBs

Anywho, I've been all over Camaro5 looking for a copy of the TSB. Does anyone have it in PDF format? Pretty please

Thanks, that TSB caught my eye too. I'm currently just trying to find a mod friendly dealership that I'm comfortable leaving her at.

At the dealer (Koons Chevy). The one thing that I'm liking about this place is that they have glass walls in the waiting area so I can see them "work" on Kaylee.

When they asked what color she was I said PBM - which confused the girl who was checking Kaylee in. I told her just to write down "black" so I wouldn't have to explain the whole repaint story.

I have been watching the techs work on my car for an hour and a half now and they keep doing the same six things over and over:

- open hood
- shine flashlight on windshield wiper cowl
- hit windshield wiper cowl while pretending to be the Fonz
- close good
- drive Kaylee around the parking lot
- repeat

Neither TSB I showed them has anything to do with the windshield wiper cowl.

They just want an excuse to drive that beast

On a side note though I really like what you did with the center console lid

Thank you much.

Well they were able to fix the squeaking. Apparently it wasn't the HVAC motor, it was the passenger side hood hinge.

Tech said he tightened it, and I didn't hear any squeaking on the drive home. It also explains the whole opening/closing of the hood.

Well I would have never guessed a hinge. At least it was something simple and pain free
