Never the less, if I can clean up the video well enough to see his face, I can get you some still photographs. That way, you'll be able to get pass the wire tap laws because you won't need the audio. It's that way in a lot of states, that's why places that record your phone calls "for training purposes" have to inform you of that up front.

We'll see.
The camera is facing the front of the car. When you see him walking around he is making the bit U shaped scratch on the hood. If you can clean up the audio that would be amazing AJ. Like I said the officer told me about the "illegal wire tap" more as a heads up then to screw me over. The guy was really nice about it. Also AJ, if you need/want me to send you the raw video footage I am more than happy to. You're kind of my knight in shining armor right now.

xVengeancex28 was kind enough to do some PS work to the still shot I got. Cleaned it up enough to get a better view of the guys face. Appears the guy has a receding hair line and a goatee.

Cleaning up the audio is easy. I have Adobe Audition for that. It's the video that I'm worried about.

shooting him would be too kind, maybe cutting off one or two appendages? But, Man, I'm truly sorry you have to go thru this. This has to be some local clown loser. Now that you got an Idea of what he looks like, hopefully justice will be served.(dam punk ass kid - )

and my housemates told me I was crazy when I wanted to get a beanbag shotgun 6 months ago. They said, what scenario would you ever need to use it. THIS.

You might be thinking, "why not a regular shot gun." Lots of reasons. A beanbag shotgun is a non-lethal weapon. Meaning you don't need a permit to carry it. As a non-lethal weapon you are still allowed to carry it in Federal buildings and on college campuses (churches too, but who really needs a beanbag shotgun in church). I can fire a warning shot and not get in trouble. Oh did I mention that it's not as loud as a real shotgun. Ammo is a lot cheaper. Oh and the bean bags can be frozen - making it a semi-lethal weapon.

Also, bought another camera --> Vehicle Security Driving Recorder Camera (HD720, Night Vision, 120 degrees Wide Angle Lens, User Removable Battery). This was much cheaper than the other one. Got it because it was the nicest night-vision camera I found. Paid for the expedited shipping. So once it arrives I'll be boxing up the SMARTY camera and returning it

I agree with them. Get a real gun for these jerks! I wouldn't want them to get up again.

eh - death is too easy of a punishment. Broken knee caps and being wheelchair bound the rest of your life is better suited.

In case you hadn't noticed. I'm VERY protective of Kaylee.

I don't think beanbags will break any kneecaps.
