You should be able to just jerk that hose off and push it back on.

Plus, if you have the RX can you may need to make sure there is no vacuum being created to drain it. Take the top hoses off before you try. So air can get into the can from the top. If the can has a lot of oil in it then it coudl easily create enough vacuum to not let it drain through the plastic tube.

Not being a smart ass, just don't know what all you've done so far.
No you're not being a smart as don't worry PQ. It's not a hose. It's this metal nipple (underneath the rubber cap)

Tracy thinks that the nipple itself is blocked. So he wants me to take it off and check it.

Tell me more about this "vacuum" problem. So would I just take off both of the top hoses and then open the bottom up? How exactly does having too much oil in the catch can create a vacuum?

So I was taking a closer look at the "W/W" relocation bottle and I realize that it won't work. It isn't the Apex one, nor the Rotofab one. It's just like a plastic container with a W/W fluid image on the cap. So that's a bummer, still can't complain considering how cheap I got everything. Either or, I ordered the Apex relocation a few minutes ago. I know it probably won't happen but I would LOVE it if it got here by Tuesday afternoon.

I bet it will. Apex is FAST! I used the Apex kit. Worked out great.

That's what I'm hoping. So far whenever I've ordered from Apex it's gotten here in about 2 days.

Thank you much. Yea, one of these days I need to go back and read my build thread from the beginning, just to see how it all unfolds.

I'm frustrated

I can install headers, cats, ASC halos, fancy wiring, but I can't install a flipping locking fuel door. I'm not blaming Defenderworx for this as the instructions are pretty clear. This is operator error, and it's frustrating. Basically I got it all installed, but it wouldn't close all the way. It locked, but didn't close. Now somebody explain that to me.

I'm just swallowing my pride and getting Jason (GPC1) at Grabiak to install it as Kaylee is going there next week anyway. No she's not going there for just the gas door. The main reason she's going there is so that she doesn't have to sit in the airport parking lot for 5 days while I'm visiting family for the holiday. Then I figured while she's there I'll have Jason install a few of the mods that are more time consuming. Not because I don't want to do them, just my free time is slowly starting to go bye bye. This past week I spent 11 hours in the lab :( I also schedule Kaylee to get detailed. I believe the last time I waxed her was late this summer, and it'll be good to get another coat on before Winter really starts.

Still can't believe I got bested by a damn fuel door.

LMAO!!!!

Dude for months, my exhaust tips were crooked... One was level and centered the other as down and in...

I messed with them numerous times trying to get them straight...

Like a week ago I FINALLY get them almost perfect...

I kept saying to myself "really!? exhast tips are kicking my ass!? really???"

Tracy is WAY more qualified to advise.

I was thinking SS. Sorry.

But what I mean by vacuum and more if it's full is the 'Drinking Straw' effect. Like when you put your finger at the top of a straw and hold liquid in it and then let your finger off and the liquid drains out the bottom. That type of vacuum. And the more liquid, the less air inside, and thus the harder the vacuum.

LMAO, Well, it's like I was telling you. I swap my driveshaft out in two hours and spend two MORE hours leveling my exhaust tips. LOL

Ah I gotchya, I'll try that today. I mean it could be the problem. Would be nice if it was something that simple. Tracy's worst case scenario is that a baffle collapsed inside the fuel rail, which to me sounds pretty damn bad but we'll see.

I got a surprise package in the mail today from Phantom.5ss . Thank you Mark, it looks awesome!

Oh and also, I got my catch can to empty. Don't let this go to your head, but you were right PQ. All I had to do was take off the inline hose and open the bottom. Oil came right out. Surprisingly though it wasn't that much oil. That just goes to show you that big ideas can come in small packages.
