WSU/Shriner's Car Show - 4/3/2011 (Wichita) - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I thought I would put this out there way early for anyone interested. We are aiming at putting our car in this one this year. I thought it would be fun to have a few 5th gen Camaro's all together in this.

If anyone is interested we could do like some of us did last year for the Toys for Tots run and meet in advance and all go in together.

Looks like a cool show and for a good cause. If my SS is not in for paint (stripes!) at that time I may make it to this one. Will have to see in a few weeks.

Not gonna make it to this show. Bummed. But on a happy note the car goes in for painted stripes this Tuesday! Should be ready to go to shows after that! Gonna be without the car for about a week and a half.....ugh. Have fun at the show! I may stop by if I'm not working.

That's too bad, but it sounds like the wait will be worth while... We will be there if I have any luck I will have my engine cover finished enough to show it off too...

if you don't mind me asking, who are you having do the stripes?

I am going with Keith Scott at Premium Auto Restorations in Derby. They do very nice custom and original restorations on just about anything, but they specialize in old mopar. I am placing my complete trust in them....something fairly hard for me to do! LOL I am pretty picky about anything done to the car. I am gonna be a nervous wreck for a week or so! LOL I will hopefully have some decent pics of the work soon. The stripes will be sunset orange ghosted with new Unrestricted Motorsports rear spoiler.
