My dealer told me that my order was pulled yesterday, is there anyone on here that could verify that for me? If so please pm me so that I can give you my order number. I just don't want to get to excited only to find out that they didn't know what they were talking about...I've had quite a bit of trouble getting ANY reliable info from them at all.

Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

Hi: Sounds like you have a dealer that is working with you. I live in a small town and can't seem to get a straight answer from my dealer. I have tried the 800 number and they are friendly but say that they can only give information about when mine will be produced to my dealer. Do you know of a site to check the order number and where it is on a list?
Any help is appreciated.

I just called that 800 # for Chevrolet Customer Assistance and gave my info to the person who answered, who was overly nice, and she put me on hold (after advising me that she was going to research it while I held on - uh-oh). She then proceeded to call my dealer and ask about the car - I HAD ALREADY DONE THAT and had told her that and she found out that they knew nothing - I already knew that. Then she got in touch with Chevrolet production dept(?) which is what I thought she was going to do in the first place and she found out that [after 6 weeks] my car has not even started production! I am ticked . . . WTF?

I think that has become their standard line "because we are excited about your car, too!"

Seems to be the norm..pay & wait 4-6 months(no one has a clue after cashing your deposit)..even told them that I'd rather postpone/re-order beginning of 2010, but answer was the car may not be delivered until 2011? What in bloody hell...? Sheesh!...

i just called that 1800 number for the first time because im stuck on a long shift, and really bored. Basically they told me that they could give me no more information than the dealer which i get regularly. She was nice was seemed reluctant to do anything because i could call my dealer. Well i got the 5min wait and she told me same thing dealer did. So Im thinking calling that number is a waste of time

Your order is assigned a six-digit alpha-numeric order number which is necessary to track an order. The best method to track the order is to stay in touch with your ordering Dealer; however, you can also track the order by contacting the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center at 800-222-1020.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR ASSISTANCE! All they did was put me on hold and call my dealer to register a complaint by me while I was on hold - which is so NOT true b/c I have absolutely NO complaint with my dealer.

I was under the assumption that if you called this number, they would have access to a computer database that could actually give me some info on the status of my order - I'm not sure why they called my dealer, but she eventually said that my car was not yet in production, which she could have done in the first place. [I had to call my dealer to smooth things over and let them know I did not have a complaint.] I am even more confused now then I was before.

Welcome to the 1100 Club, BTW there actually IS a thread for that somewhere. I've been at 1100 since May 9th. ALMOST 7 weeks with no movement AT ALL. The way I see it, I'll be in this club until at least July... maybe Aug. There are a lot of others who've been stuck here for way longer than me.... So Lydon, take a seat, sit back & relax...it MAY be awhile before you move into production.

Guess I was lucky... my dealership doesn't charge a deposit to order. That's WAY cool!! Woo Hooo!! At least all I've lost is time if my car NEVER materializes!

Yes, calling this number is a waste of time. It's kinda funny, after calling them I got an automatic email from the dealership asking about my interest in a new Camaro (The same email you get when asking for a quote from the Chevy website)]

They cannot give you any more info than your dealer has.
