Actually I misread something and it wasn't Jimmy Fallon.

Fallon had done a Neil Young impersonation that was spot on. The guy that made the Dylan song wanted to see if Fallon would want to perform a duet as Neil Young and Bob Dylan...which would be pretty cool as well...

I actually heard it on the radio today. Local station has Ryan Seacrest (or however you spell his name) and his show was playing the song

It was so bad, that I could not get myself to change the station. I just couldn't believe that it was actually on the radio
