I just changed the transmission fluid on my SS and it only took just under 4qts before it started spilling out of the fill hole. I know it says 4.2qts, but has anyone ever been full under 4qts? Just wondering if I should get back under and try to squeeze some more in there. By the way, I used Royal Purple Synchromax.

Sounds right for a TR6060(M6).

Cooler, and Cooler lines have fluid in them...Unless you drain them.

Were you level when you filled the transmission?

After a few miles, jack it back up and check...If you nervous about it.

....I forgot that we had cooler lines on the M6. Sorry, my bad.

mine was the same, just about 4 qts and it started spilling out. maybe not even 4 qts, so you should be good.

good choice on the RP, I noticed a big difference.
