Come on guys if you want me to do the coverage listed above I have to get way more poeple involved please pass this on t all your friends so we can get some big numbers. THe more people I can get the better deal we can do on the DVD.

If we dont get over 500 these will be very expensive so we need to get numbers to get them resonable for you guys.

but yes, I"M ALL IN!!!
We can do that with some good extra coverage of the after party. This could get good. I am game if we can get enough people to do this.

Another option for all you Vendors is to work a deal to get you guys on the DVD jacket as a sponsor to help pay for the filming. We could do a .30sec-1min commercial with your products featured on the DVD. If any vendors are interested in this please send me a PM so we can discuss this in more details. We can do some very cool stuff in editing with logos and stuff so you get good coverage. Maybe GM, tire companies, suspension companies and so on would be interested in this.

Blu-ray or HD. Doesn't really matter unless it's over 2 hours long.
A 2 hr HD movie in Blu-ray format looks fine on a DVD disc.

I honestly don't think the info is getting the publicity it needs to take off just yet. It took me a good week and a half to get shirt info down from the people who were already signed up. I think people would buy it. We just need to let them know it's available. Maybe we can get some front page advertisement for it. I'll keep spreading the word. Most people would want one. Nothing like recorded video to keep memories.

We need to know how many of you would be interested in buying a DVD of the complete event. This would be top notch stuff with some cool footage of the entire event with extras for you guys.

All shot in HD with top of the line equipment so the video output will be hi res. There is no need to do Blue Ray but we can burn it into that format if you want to do it. We are trying to get the DVD around $29.95-$39.95 each. Please understand we are looking to just cover our cost on the event with the helicopter. I can do the ground crew no problem but want to work a deal and get the helicopter out for the day or two half days to cover the event. This will have some cost involved with it so I need to know how many people are serious about a DVD.

Any input from you guys/gals would be great and we look forward to helping the Camaro5 family out. For those of you that will not be at the event this will be a great way to experience it from your living room or computer. If this is a hit we would probably come out and cover most events for you guys.

Once I know how many we can sell to you guys we can figure out the rest.

I would love to get one, Bluray or DVD. I think if you keep posting about this to keep it fresh and at the top of new postings you should get plenty of request when people see it. I will copy and post this info into the H-Town Camaro Club forum for our members to check it out. Look forward to your awesome work!!!
