I hope GM and Chrysler kicks Allied's a$$ and sue's them SOB's for holding cars hostage...just for negotiating power...bullsh#$$.

That is BS. Allied has essentially stolen the cars. They execs behind the decision should be dragged into criminal court in handcuffs, not stalling for time in civil court.

Ford had a big problem with their transport contractors last fall too. They had huge lots full of cars all around the Midwest that the trucking company would not ship. At one point, the dealer in my home town had only new 5 cars on the entire lot. Many of the stranded cars where sold orders, including mine. The delay kept me from being able to break it in before putting it in winter storage. I know from chatting on other forums that this was a common experience throughout the Midwest.

Wonder if the individual owners of the "ordered" cars have grounds to file a class action against Allied?

Maybe, and I stress Maybe, if you signed the paperwork with your dealership already you could then say they are holding your stolen property.
